Funds Protection Policy
Customer funds are kept in accounts separate from the business accounts. These accounts may include bank accounts, investment accounts and other accounts. These funds are not protected in the event of insolvency. In the event of insolvency of Lottomart, you may lose any money standing to the credit of your Player Account. This meets the Gambling Commission's requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the level: basic segregation.
