Cash or Crash is a ball drawing game with a 20-step ladder pay table. Players first place their bets. Then, the first ball gets drawn from the ball drawing machine that contains the following:
- 19 green balls = each time a green ball gets drawn, players move on step up the pay ladder.
- 1 gold ball = creates a shield and protects the player from crashing when a red ball gets drawn.
- 8 red balls = player crashes, and the game ends unless they drew a gold ball beforehand.
Drawn balls get separated from the rest until the game round finishes. Each green or gold ball that gets drawn increases the chances of drawing a red ball.
Each time a green ball gets drawn or a shield broken, players can make one of three decisions:
- Continue = players stay in the game and continue to play with 100% of their potential winnings. This is the default position at the start of each new round.
- Take Half = players can cash out 50% of their current winnings according to their pay table; the initial bet gets reduced accordingly. The game continues with the remaining bet amount.
- Take All = players cash out 100% of their winnings, and the game round ends. Cashed out winnings are paid out at the end of the game round.
Players who get to the top of the 20-step prize ladder can win up to 50,000x the stake.
